Is This Lime Disease !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

well i was in the woods yesterday and i didn’t notice anything so then the next morning about five inches from my knee it really hurt like a bruise so then i checked it and there was a tic si i took it off and it looks like a little bruise about the size as the top of your pinkie then like a ring of white then i ring of red

    very well could be, go to a doctor. theres medicine for it.
