Self diagnosis in my experience saved my life on numerous occasions. It seems to be some thing that is not for the paranoid and impatient. You can be some one who reads their body very incorrectly, or some one who really understands when some thing is wrong but on top of that knows that proper research is KEY. People who are trained in good self diagnosis can lead you towards PROPER diagnosis faster which can be the difference between life and death.
Thanks for the update! I wonder if the pain in your knees and ankles could be the lyme bug coming active. It may have been sitting dormant until you started running and all the extra activity and circulation may have forced it out. Just a thought. Glad to hear you’re making improvements.
