Secrets behind Diseases Caused by a Tick Bite

Do you plan go camping or hiking? Do you plan hunting tour or go fishing? Do you love mountaineering? Do you work in your backyard? The summer is almost here and ticks are on the go. As ticks are likely to be active during warmer month and increase diseases, we should make preparations to prevent a tick bite, Lyme symptoms and other sickness.

Very short list points to sickness caused by a tick bite – Tick-borne diseases:

Anaplasmosis - a disease caused by a infected tick bite (most commonly – blacklegged tick). Ehrlichiosis is a disease that is spread by a tick bite, usually – the long star tick. Ehrlichiosis transmit a disease to and kill the white blood cells. Ehrlichiosis is transmitted throughout a tick bite.
Rocky Mountain spotted fever is the most dangerous and most oftentimes experienced in the USA. The American dog tick and wood tick carry the bacterium that causes this disease. The disease is passed through the skin into the bloodstream after an infected tick bites you.  Other names of the disease: Tick Typhus, Tobia fever, Sao Paulo fever, Febre Maculosa, and Fiebre Manchada. Colorado Tick Fever is an acute viral virus transmitted by a tainted wood tick bite. It is also called Mountain tick fever, Mountain fever and American mountain fever. Tularemia is a severe infectious sickness. You can contract with Tularemia through and infected tick bite, horsefly or mosquito. Tularemia is deadly in about 5% of non-getting medical care or treatment cases, and in fewer than 1% of treated cases. It’s also called Deer-fly fever, Rabbit fever, Pahvant Valley plague, Ohara disease, Yatobyo, Lemming fever. Babesiosis is a malaria-like disease, a pathological process of red blood cells.  It is communicated through a tick bite. Animal hosts include cattle, sheep, deer, and dogs. It is also called Piroplasmosis. Tick Paralysis is the sole tick-borne disease that is not caused by an infectious organism. A tick attaching to the skin to feed on blood causes Tick Paralysis. Throughout the feeding process, the poison enters the bloodstream.
Hard- and soft-bodied female ticks are believed to make a poison that can cause children paralysis. Relapsing Fever is a disease transmitted through louse or soft-bodied tick bite. The death rate for untreated Relapsing Fever ranges from 10 – 70%.
It is also called Tick-borne relapsing fever and Louse-borne relapsing fever.

Where can you find ticks?

You can find ticks on plants and on animals in low-lying brush in woods, hayfield, meadow pasture, grasslands, swamp, marshlands and at the seashore.

What is the food of ticks?

The food of ticks is the blood of birds and people. As you rub against bushes, plants and grass, the tick attaches you. Through a tick bite, it feeds itself.

Ticks move warm and moist locations as your head, neck, armpits, ankles, or groin.

How do ticks move?

Ticks may move slowly on the skin for up to one hour before biting you.

There are many sorts of ticks. Black legged-ticks or deer ticks (which carry Lyme disease bacteria) are commonly little, as the top of a pin size. Woodland and dog ticks are much bigger.

Wild birds and animals can carry ticks, similar to habitat animals and pets as dogs, horses, and cows.
Ticks may attach people from animals , leaves and branches. A squirrel can drop down a tick on grass, and you can be uncareful in examination ticks before treating the lawns.

Medical Entomology: A Textbook on Public Health and Veterinary Problems Caused by Arthropods

This book is designed primarily as a textbook for graduate and postgraduate courses in Medical, Public Health and Veterinary Entomology. Its uniqueness is that its emphasis is on disease as opposed to arthropods. It includes general discussions of epidemiology, transmission, disease control, vector control and disease surveillance. In addition, it contains chapters oriented towards the many specific arthropod-borne diseases. Furthermore, the book discusses the many direct impacts that parasitic insects have on human and animal health. The arthropods themselves are dealt with in two introductory chapters. Apart from (post)graduate students, healthcare professionals in the field of arthropod-borne infectious diseases as well as entomologi

fructose malabsorption and fructose intolerance – maybe caused by fruit drinks – see why!

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

An article in the pages of Gluten Free website analyze the increase of victims of celiac disease may be caused by farmers during the last hundred years deliberately selected varieties of cereals that have abnormally high levels of gluten. The aim is to provide grain for processing into high-gluten flour to help bakers to keep bread and cakes together.

Similarly, consider that people who eat too much calorie-rich foods are likely to increase chances of getting diabetes 2. Its not necessarily the food, but the amount or concentration that cause both diseases.

Some allergic reactions are believed to be traced to an increase in lower environmental pollutant peoplee? S allergies and resistance to certain diseases (changes in immune system function). It appears that fructose malabsorptionand fructose intolerance can also be connected to a very simple? Accidental? increased concentration of fructose in foods in our diet. However, unlike the intentional increase in grain of high concentration of gluten, the increase in fructose was not caused by a search by farmers for packing more fructose in the fruit, the cause is apparently downstream.

While the information below is taken from an article in time concerns the excessive consumption of fruit juice in our diet to be linked to obesity, but also provides a good basis in the offices of my conspiracy theory fructose.

The logic is a bit “like this:

1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In the Second World War, the U.S. Army has ordered its scientists to invent a system to freeze OJ in concentrated form. The result was the â? Maida minute? patent created frozen concentrated juice cans.

2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In 1950, Tropicana pasteurization technology developed so that the juice can be sold in cartons like milk chilled.

3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â U.S. pioneer Jack LaLanne fitness television and other health experts from the brand of juice as a natural medicine, and decades of publicity given to drinking the concentrated juice of a staple in our diet.

4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In 1900, the citrus growers of Florida orange harvest more than he could sell one? and because it is easy to drink orange juice more than we can eat together, have decided to sell the high concentrations of juice in many cola drinks included. This strong pressure fructose beverage sales in the U.S. soon spread worldwide.

Believing that a? When fructose is eaten in a piece of fruit, slowly enters the body so that the liver has time to convert it into chemical energy. However, a glass of apple juice has six blocks of fructose. â? Ref 1

Besides the large increase in the density of fructose that our bodies are not for consumption, concentrated also lead to problems such as obesity can lead to diabetes 2. Interestingly, as the schools of the United States and Australia have banned soft drinks in school vending machines, fruit drinks are taking place (which equal calories and often more fructose).

While the juice does not add vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients in our diet, the fruit does the same, at concentrations much more appropriate. Raw fruit also contains many other nutrients not survive many manufacturing processes for drinking.

â? A glass of fruit juice from concentrate all the sugar from several pieces of fruit. Ounce for ounce, it contains more calories than soda, but tends to be consumed in smaller portions. A cup of orange juice has 112 calories, the apple juice has 114 and 152 packets of grape juice, according to the Department of Agriculture United States. The same amount of Coca-Cola has 97 calories, and the Pepsi 100. â? 100% fruit juice puts the same risks to health associated with obesity, such as Coke, Pepsi and other beverage vilified. Ref 1

Now most of this paper reference is written to draw attention to the effects of fruit juice concentrate, weight gain, but as a fructose intolerance or malabsorptionperson must understand, drinking fruit juice (concentrate) may affect directly to how they may have acquired their status first.

The author of this article GFP loves fruit and realizes that this story was favored childhood, where his father grew many varieties of fruit trees in the backyard. How many people do not have this context, it is easy to see that parents with a guilty conscience may think that the juice concentrate to replace regular diet is a smart way to get? Healthy food? everyonee easily? s diet. However, an overdose of concentration is equivalent to an overdose of fructose, which? Maya? contribute to the early appearance of intolerance or fructose malabsorption.

As a society, we are much more aware of how all types of fats in our diet should be controlled, though? Well? different levels of sugar are much less visible and fructose can be hidden in many sources. Perhaps the addition of concentrated fruit juice to the diet is only slightly higher than the fructose in healthy daily diet from all sources.

Consider the following list of â? Fructoseâ more food? (based on levels of 200 calories per serving), who compiled Ref 2:

1 soda, cola, with higher caffeine [pop, soda, soda] fructose 29760mg

A 2 soft drinks, cola, without caffeine [pop, soda, soda] fructose 29760mg

3 of soda, lemon-lime soda, contains caffeine [pop, soft drink, white soda] fructose 28634mg

9 soda, sprite, lemon, lime, without caffeine [pop, soft drink, white soda] fructose 25954mg

10 apple or grape juice with the addition of ascorbic acid, fructose 25837mg

Five of fructose TOP TEN SODA DRINKS are guilty and juice concentrates.

Â

CONCLUSION

Now consider the radical notion of avoiding gluten grain and high density to annihilate the risk of gluten intolerance (that does not help reduce the chance of getting celiac disease / celiac disease was considered since this gene related) . To avoid fructose intolerance, perhaps in a sign of any soda, fruit juice concentrate diet is not a good idea. Especially since many drinks did not specify what type of sugar that is included, not many people know what a â? Are you sure? fructose level should focus.

Imagine something that has been promoted for decades as the panacea of health actually causes a disease, precisely because of its high level of concentration. With the high cost of fruit, fruit, especially organic, is easy to understand how the purchase of concentrated fruit juice may seem a healthy alternative. While the concept of avoiding or limiting juice concentrate in the diet and the kids? S may seem questionable diet I suggest you read the article reference in everything and have in mind.

How to Freshen Your Bad Breath Caused by Periodontal Disease in Only 1 Week Starting From Scratch

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009

If you ever tried to write the date a kiss and he or she puts a hand to protect himself (herself) from the vile breath, you know that you hear. Maybe this person wanted his kiss, but was put off by his bad breath. What are the ways to combat this disease, apart from daily brushing and flossing?

The media is full of mouth bacteria, which is in particular about the language because of the way it is, this is a cause of bad breath. During and after eating some food residue left on the tongue, causing anaerobic bacteria to multiply there. They produce volatile sulfur compounds (VSC) that cause odor of hydrogen sulfide odor similar to rotten eggs smell. Some strong foods, after digestion, can also cause bad smell that makes your bad breath exhaled small.

You must use a tongue scraper to get rid of some species of bacteria in the back of the tongue. But be careful while scraping as you can hurt your tongue, and if there is an improvement, not more difficult to scrape.

A device called mouth oxygen that can be helpful. The bacteria that cause bad breath live without oxygen, so if you drown these bacteria with oxygen helps get rid of them and hence the bad smell in the mouth and breathing.

You may have tried a number of mouthwashes, but try to buy one which contains cetylpyridinium chloride and zinc chloride. Both help to eliminate bad breath. Hydrogen peroxide is another good remedy because it releases oxygen and does not allow anaerobic bacteria to multiply, which helps get rid of bad breath.

If you use a pik "water" in his oral hygiene routine will help, as it plays an important role in removing food particles between teeth. You can purchase a "Water Pik" that run on batteries and take it with you to use wherever you go.

Sodium bicarbonate is a proven remedy for cleaning teeth and combating bad breath. Since sodium bicarbonate is used to get rid of odors in the refrigerator and is also sprinkled on carpets before vacuuming for the same reason, has a similar effect of halitosis. Today there are many brands of toothpaste containing baking soda, so you can get the benefits of both toothpaste and baking soda into one.

When you eat healthy foods, can eliminate the smells. You should chew food thoroughly and if, instead of junk food like sweets, crisps and biscuits, eating fresh fruits and vegetables high in fiber and acid, these also help prevent plaque buildup and therefore evil breath. U. S. Mint to rinse the mouth or chewing the basil or parsley to get rid of odors. If you do not have access to the use of peroxide of at least normal water to help get rid of food waste. Otherwise, the food residue to attract bacteria that cause bad breath.

Because vegetarians do not eat animal protein and fat, their diets are lower in saturated fat and trans fat and cholesterol. Vegan diets are also an important component of the fiber non-vegetarian diet. This is why vegans and vegetarians are less likely to suffer from bad breath. As the bacteria that cause bad breath live on protein, vegetarians and eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, are less likely to develop halitosis problem whose main diet consists of meat and high in protein in nature.
