I spend a lot of time in the woods. Can lyme disease cause a problem with a person’s swallowing?

Lyme disease (and other tick borne infections) can cause all kinds of physical ailments. I know it can cause vocal cord paralysis. It can cause all kinds of problems with the central nervous system. Trouble swallowing might certainly be part of that picture.
