There are no supplements that I am aware of, but there are antibiotics that can speed the healing of the rash and may prevent arthritis and neurologic symptoms. These include doxycycline, Ceftin or amoxicillin. She may try taking some Tylenol or Ibuprofen if she is experiencing muscle aches and headaches.

Try a bath with several drops of lavender or geranium essential oil. Or try a bath with 5-8 lbs of epsom salt. Soak for twenty to thirty minutes.
